Your journey begins with a deep, comprehensive assessment. This can be done in-office or online and includes:

  • Discussion of your symptoms, goals, and challenges
  • Review of pre-existing health information
  • Total body composition analysis using non-invasive technology (in-person)

From this session, we determine which of our services will best support your needs and outline next steps.

Integrative Follow-Up

This is where your personalized plan comes to life. You’ll receive:
