My Approach

Grounded in terrain-based medicine, The Visconti Method focuses on creating an internal environment where health can flourish. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, we work at the root level — supporting your metabolism, balancing hormones, reducing inflammation, and optimizing your body’s natural repair systems.

This method brings together my training in nutrition oncology, mentorship with Miriam Kalamian and Dr. Nasha Winters, and years of clinical experience with women in remission or navigating elevated risk.
